This Central Park tour combines fitness with a sightseeing twist! You'll be led by a certified fitness professional over an hour long 5k run. A three and a half mile “sight-running” tour along the winding paths and rolling hills of the park. We make a number of stops along the way to take in the Park’s beauty and discuss its history.

Don't plan to break your personal best time! It's a casual run and we make brief stops along the way to take pictures and discuss points of interest. Average pace time is 9:30 minutes/mile. No treadmill can compare!

We will stop for core focused exercises and stretches in the most iconic locations in all of NYC (the Jackie Onassis Reservoir) and also discuss the Park's amazing history. The course does cover a decent amount of hills which some find deceptively challenging. There are no egos welcome here, however, so when any of our guests need to take a breather we continue along the course at a good brisk walk so that everybody can enjoy themselves.  You will sweat. You will stretch. You will have the best NYC fitness experience possible!
